Mumbai, March 13 -- Maharashtra Governor C. P. Radhakrishnan on Thursday greeted the people of the state on the occasion of Holi and Dhulivandan.
In his message, the Governor said "Heartiest greetings to all on the joyous occasion of Holikavandan, Dhulivandan and Rangotsav.
May the festival of colours fill the life of all with love and affection and may it end hatred. While wishing the people a happy Holi, I appeal to all to remain conscious about protecting the environment."
