Mumbai, June 20 -- Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis on Friday took a historic decision to provide business loans to women at zero percent interest rate.
These loans will be extended to the beneficiaries through Mumbai District Central Cooperative Bank.
This decision was taken in a meeting held at his residence. The interest refund schemes of Annasaheb Patil Economic Development Corporation, Vasantrao Naik Vimukta Jati and Nomadic Tribes Corporation, Other Backward Classes Development Corporation and Directorate of Tourism will be linked with Mumbai Bank.
