Pune, Dec. 7 -- The Maharashtra government must put a discussion on the condition of the distressed farmers in the state and the need to extend relief to them, on top of the agenda during the upcoming winter session of the assembly, Hemant Patil, National President of India Against Corruption and OBC leader, demanded on Sunday.
He said that the Opposition's boycott of the tea meeting was inappropriate. Solutions emerge through discussions in the Legislature and therefore, the Opposition parties should discuss all issues with the government, Patil appealed in a statement.
