Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Aug. 13 -- Maharashtra Tribal Development Minister Dr Ashok Uike today affirmed the state government's commitment to mainstreaming tribal communities by providing them with basic amenities and quality education. Speaking at the anniversary event of the Ekalavya Sanghatana at Sant Eknath Rangmandir, he said, "We will provide roads, electricity, schools and water to tribal villages." He added that empowering tribal women through self-help groups would be a priority for livelihood generation. The minister emphasised the inclusive implementation of central and state schemes, particularly the Gharkul housing initiative, to ensure "no family is left behind".
