Kolhapur, Aug. 26 -- The State Excise Department (SED), Kolhapur division, seized a consignment of Goa-made foreign liquor worth Rs 1.77 crore along with an Eicher truck in a major operation at Padalwadi on the Kolhapur-Ratnagiri National Highway early today.
