Nagpur, Dec. 9 -- Congress leader Vijay Wadettiwar on Tuesday launched a sharp attack on the ruling alliance in Maharashtra, alleging widespread corruption and misuse of power.
He claimed that the state was being run by a "khokha (cash-for-favours)" government, where the recovery of cash bundles has become routine.
Talking to reporters outside Vidhan Bhavan premises, Wadettiwar said bundles of currency notes were being found at ministers' residences and alleged that large amounts of money were distributed during the recent elections.
