Mumbai, June 5 -- Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis along with deputy chief ministers Ajit Pawar and Eknath Shinde on Thursday officially inaugurated the final phase of the Hindu Hrudaysamrat Balasaheb Thackeray Maharashtra Samruddhi Expressway.

The much-anticipated 76-km stretch from Igatpuri to Amane in Thane district was opened with a grand ceremony.

This final phase marks the full completion of the 701-km, six-lane, access-controlled expressway connecting Mumbai and Nagpur.
