Mumbai, Dec. 2 -- Reacting on the verdict of the Nagpur Bench of the Bombay High Court directing to postpone and conduct the counting for local body elections from December 3 to December 21, Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis today expressed disappointment on it and said that it is really surprising.
Talking to media persons here, he said, ''I have never seen anything like this happen in local body elections. Since the decision came from the court, I cannot comment. Everybody has to accept and adhere to the court's decision."Fadnavis, however, said that he wants to highlight the "systemic failure" in processes.
