Mumbai, April 7 -- The Maharashtra government, in a Cabinet meeting chaired by Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis, approved five major decisions aimed at accelerating development and benefiting the general public.
The decisions span across departments including planning, energy, and disaster management.
One of the main highlights is the creation of a new independent department for Electronics, Information Technology, and Artificial Intelligence.
This move is seen as a significant step towards achieving the vision of a developed Maharashtra under the broader "Developed India 2047" mission.
