Mumbai, March 20 -- A Unique Prisoner Release Project is currently operational in 10 jails across Maharashtra which has emerged as an example for correctional facilities across India.
The Prisoner Release Project is being run by the Mumbai-headquartered Global Care Foundation.
Since its inception in 2017, around 2,000 prisoners have been released and rehabilitated successfully under the project.
The project is offering them a second chance in life.
However, only after this rigorous vetting process does the foundation initiate the bail process, ensuring that justice is served responsibly.
The Legal Aid Clinic of Global Care Foundation undertakes immense care.
