Gadchiroli, Jan. 29 -- A serious case of suspected food poisoning occurred today at the government secondary and higher secondary Ashram school in Laheri, which comes under the Bhamragad project office of the Tribal Development Department, officials said.
According to officials, at the Ashram school, a total of 60 students suddenly started suffering from vomiting and stomach pain, causing widespread panic in the area.
Out of these, 42 students were taken to Bhamragad Rural Hospital and two students in serious condition were immediately shifted to Aheri Women and Child Hospital.
According to information received, after having dinner on Tuesday night, some students started feeling unwell.
