Mumbai, May 20 -- City-based Advocate Shobha Buddhivant on Tuesday filed a criminal writ petition before the Bombay high court seeking action on lapses in protocol during the Mumbai visit of Chief Justice of India Bhushan Gavai and also seeking an inquiry report in this regard.
Adv Nitin Satpute has filed petition on behalf of Adv Buddhivant, which will come up for hearing before the vacation bench of the high court consisting of Justices Jitendra Jain and Adviat Sethna.
The plea is likely to be mentioned on Wednesday (tomorrow) before the bench.
