Mumbai, Feb. 15 -- A fire-fighter was injured during a rescue operation after a minor fire broke out in a three-storey heritage building in Fort area of south Mumbai on Saturday.
According to fire officers of Mumbai Fire Brigade (MFB), the incident occurred at 2:20 pm at Freemasons Hall building where during the rescue operation fireman Pankaj Bohir sustained injury to his right hand. He was immediately admitted to G T hospital for medical treatment.
The fire was declared 'level 1' (minor) which was confined to the second floor of the building that is situated opposite Sterling Cinema.
