Mumbai, Feb. 12 -- The city police questioned popular content creator Ashish Chanchlani and recorded his statement during the investigation into an FIR (first information report) registered by Cyber Cell of police related to the controversial 'joke' allegedly made by podcaster Ranveer Allahbadia on comedian Samay Raina's show 'India's Got Latent', an official confirmed this on Wednesday
According to details, Chanchlani along with his lawyer visited the Khar police station and police questioned him for over 30 minutes, during which he shared details of the show, co-operated during probe and assured that he will make himself present as and when he is required by the police, a police officer said.
