Pune, June 9 -- Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) president Raj Thackeray blamed the Railway Ministry and the administration as well as the migrant workers for the train accident at Mumbra railway station on Monday.

Talking to reporters here, he held the migrant workers coming to Mumbai responsible for the railways accidents and charged that the railway administration has not acted on a proposal for establishment of a separate Corporation for the suburban railways.

He said that the Railway Ministry was instructed to set up a separate Corporation for suburban networks and there was no action on it until now.
