Mumbai, May 5 -- The city police has registered an FIR against Big Boss 7 participant and actor Ajaz Khan for allegedly raping a 30-year-old woman who is an aspiring actress, officials said here on Monday.
The Charkop police station has registered an offence under Sections 64 (punishment for rape), 54(2)(m) (punishment for rape in certain cases), 69 (sexual intercourse by employing deceitful means, etc), and 74 (assault or use of criminal force on a woman with intent to outrage her modesty) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita on May four after the woman lodged a complaint alleging that Khan has raped her on multiple occasions under the pretext of helping her get roles in TV shows and promising to marry her.
