Mumbai, June 12 -- Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis on Thursday held a secret meeting with MNS president Raj Thackeray in a hotel here ahead of upcoming local bodies elections.
Both the leaders spent about an hour at Taj Lands End Hotel in suburban Bandra.
It is believed that Fadnavis intends to give another blow to Uddhav Thackeray-led Shiv Sena through this secret meeting.
The meeting took place after the state government set in motion the process of holding the local body polls by issuing orders for ward delimitation for 29 municipal corporations, including Mumbai.
