Mumbai, April 3 -- Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister and Shiv Sena (Shinde) Eknath Shinde on Thursday strongly criticised former chief minister and Shiv Sena (UBT) chief Uddhav Thackeray for opposing the Waqf Amendment Bill, claiming that UBT has permanently abandoned Hindutva and Bal Thackeray's thoughts.
Addressing a press conference here, he further claimed that UBTs leadership has become ideologically confused
due to the Waqf Bill and his future has become dark.
He said that UBTs anti-Waqf Bill stance has brought down the dignity of his colleagues who follow Balasaheb's views.
