Kolhapur, Dec. 28 -- A court at Khalapur in Raigad district today remanded to seven days police custody nine suspected accused in Mangesh Kalokhe murder case.
Khopoli police have registered a criminal case against 12 suspected accused including Nationalist Congress Party (NCP-SP) district president and party spokesperson, under Sections 103(1), 61(2), 189, 190 and 191 of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanstha (BNS), along with relevant provisions of the Arms Act. Of them, police arrested nine accused so far, who were produced before the Khalapur court today, which remanded them to seven days police custody.
