Nagpur, Oct. 3 -- A married couple was killed instantly when their two-wheeler was struck by a speeding truck near the Kandri Mines railway crossing in Maharashtra's Ramtek area, police said today.
The accident occurred yesterday as the victims, identified as Sunil Marskolhe (28) and his wife Priyanka (22), residents of Saoner Baragaon, were travelling to meet relatives.
The truck, travelling from Jabalpur toward Nagpur, collided with their motorcycle while they were crossing the highway, killing them on the spot.
