Mumbai, May 9 -- Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis on Friday inaugurated the Mumbai's first fully underground Metro corridor, the Aqua Line (Line 3), Project's Phase 2 connecting Bandra-Kurla Complex (BKC) to Acharya Atre Chowk in Worli .
Fadnavis, along with Dy CM Shinde, took a ride on the newly inaugurated metro stretch.
After the ride, Fadnavis said, "This underground metro corridor from Cuffe Parade to Aarey Seepz is India's longest single-line underground metro corridor. The second phase opening reflects our dedication towards constructing world-class urban infrastructure.
