Pune, March 14 -- Renowned choreographer, actor and director Ganesh Acharya was felicitated with the Suryadatta Excellence Award here on Friday in recognition of his contribution to film industry.
The Suryadatta Institute of Performing Arts had organised an interactive session with Ganesh Acharya at its Bavdhan campus.
Along with Ganesh Acharya, actor Sushant Thamke, actresses Janya Joshi and Vidhi Yadav received special recognition for their contribution.
Speaking during interactive session, Acharya spoke about Maharashtrian youths should get opportunities in Bollywood, saying he gave a break to Sushant Thamke, a Marathi actor, in 'Pintu Ki Pappi' as he is a highly talented and has risen through struggles.
