Mumbai, March 6 -- Days after resignation of senior NCP leader Dhananjay Munde from the state Cabinet following his links with prime accused Walmik Karad in the Beed sarpanch murder case, Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar advised his party members to be cautious about their political associations, a senior party leader said here on Thursday.

According to details, after resignation of Dhananjay Munde from the ministry, a meeting of NCP MLAs and ministers was convened at official residence of Pawar.

All key leaders, including Munde himself, were present for the meeting.
