Sangli, Feb. 17 -- State and District Guardian Minister, Chandrakant Patil, today inaugurated the 65th Maharashtra State Art Exhibition organized at Shantiniketan here.
Speaking after inauguration ceremony, he said, "Any art is an invisible part of the human body and is a kind of pre-conceived. This pre-conceived in the intellect and mind is manifested in the form of art. The state government has always played a role in encouraging this innate art.
