Mumbai, Dec. 7 -- The Mumbai Youth Congress organised a one-day training camp at Tilak Bhavan, the state party headquarters, in Dadar on Sunday to prepare party workers for the upcoming Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation elections.
The session was held on the initiative of Mumbai Youth Congress President Zeenat Shabrin.
The workshop included detailed guidance from several speakers on issues central to civic election preparedness. RTI activist Anil Galgali briefed participants on the functioning of the BMC and the provisions of the Right to Information Act, explaining how to obtain and use information effectively for public interest. He also stressed the need to strengthen booth-level organisation.
