Lucknow, March 6 -- A madrasa principal died during treatment after being hit by a speeding motorcycle in the Kakori Police Station Area of Lucknow.
The deceased, Fatima Khan (39), was the principal of a madrasa and lived in Andhe Ki Chowki Sikraur area. She is survived by her husband Shahid Anwar and two daughters.
According to family members, Fatima left home on the evening of March 3 to buy medicine.
While she was crossing the road on foot, a speeding motorcycle carrying three youths hit her.
The impact of the collision left her seriously injured. Local people rushed her to a private hospital, from where doctors referred her to the trauma centre due to her critical condition.
