Chennai, Feb. 11 -- The Madras High Court on Wednesday directed the Tamil Nadu Pollution Control Board (TNPCB) and other respondents to file their replies on a writ petition filed by Vedanta Limited challenging the rejection of its application for a proposed Green Copper facility at the Sterlite premises in the southern Thoothukudi districts and the Tamil Nadu gobvernment's stand to forman expert committee to study the proposal.
