Chennai, March 14 -- The Madurai Bench of the Madras High Court has reserved its orders on a plea seeking a direction to the Tamil Nadu government to registered a criminal case of murder inthe alleged custodial death of 26-year-old R. Akash Delison at Manamadurai in Sivaganga district of Tamil Nadu.
The petition was filed by Rajesh Kannan, father of the deceased, seeking a series of directions, including a proper postmortem, a CB-CID investigation and compensation.
He also demanded that all the police personnel allegedly responsible for his son's death should be arrested.
