Indore (MP), Sept. 4 -- Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav has directed the health minister, the principal secretary (health) and the collector to conduct a high-level inquiry into two newborns being bitten to death by rats at the state's largest government infirmary, the city-based Maharaja Yeshwantrao Hospital, and take stringent action against those responsible.
During a visit, the Chief Minister told media late last night that the government would not tolerate any negligence.
"To prevent recurrence of such grave incidents, a permanent solution will be found to the problem," he added.
