Bhubaneswar, Aug. 30 -- Renowned Odissi dancer, choreographer, and guru Madhavi Mudgal, along with eminent Odissi vocalist and music educator Alekha Chandra Samal, will be honoured with the prestigious Shalimar's Guru Kelucharan Mohapatra Award 2025.
The 31st Guru Kelucharan Mohapatra (GKCM) Award Festival, organised by Srjan-Guru Kelucharan Mohapatra Odissi Nrityabasa, will be held from September 5 to 9, 2025, at Rabindra Mandap, Bhubaneswar.
Addressing the media, Srjan Director Ratikant Mohapatra announced that both awardees will receive a cash prize of Rs.1 lakh along with a citation.
