Dharwad (Karnataka), Sept. 19 -- BJP leader Kompella Madhavi Latha today alleged that Congress leader Rahul Gandhi had "inherited not just political influence but also the art of vote theft from his family," linking him to what she described as a long history of electoral malpractice stretching from India's first general election to present-day municipal polls in Karnataka.
