New Delhi, Feb. 7 -- Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla will arrive in Patna on Saturday on a one-day visit to Bihar, during which he will address members of the Bihar Legislature and take part in the Foundation Day celebrations of the Bihar Legislative Assembly.
According to a release issued by the Lok Sabha Secretariat, Birla will address legislators on the theme "Empowered Legislators, Stronger Democracy" at a special programme to be held at the Bihar Legislative Assembly.
The event is being organised at the Central Hall of the Assembly as part of the Assembly's Foundation Day celebrations, where Birla will attend as the Chief Guest.
