New Delhi, Aug. 18 -- Unabated ruckus by opposition members of Parliament in Lok Sabha on the revision of the voters list in Bihar prompted speaker Om Birla to adjourn the house till 12 pm.

The House was reconvened after an extended break of five days. As the opposition continued to protest and create a ruckus amid question hour, the speaker repeatedly warned of stern action against the protesting MPs if parliamentary property is damaged.

As per the agenda, Lok Sabha is set to hold a special discussion to honour Group Captain Shubhanshu Shukla and discuss his space visit and India's critical role in the space programme for Viksit Bharat by 2047.
