Kolkata, Dec. 2 -- Leader of the Opposition Suvendu Adhikari urged people of the Hindu faith to gather in large numbers and participate in the proposed "five-lakh-voices Gita chanting" at the iconic Brigade Parade Ground in Kolkata on Dec 7.
The Sanatan Sanskriti Sansad will host the mass Gita Path on the sprawling grounds, where top Hindu spiritual leaders are expected to join devotees in the collective recitation of the Bhagavad Gita.
The chanting will be led by Swami Gyananandaji Maharaj, who will guide the participants in an effort to promote spiritual unity and cultural heritage. The programme is scheduled to begin at 9 am.
