New Delhi, Dec. 11 -- Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman is scheduled to move the Supplementary Demands for Grants - First Batch for the fiscal year 2025-2026 for discussion and voting in the Lok Sabha on Thursday, according to the revised list of business for the Lower House.

The Minister had previously tabled the first batch of demands on Monday, seeking Parliament's approval for a net cash outgo of approximately Rs 41,500 crore.

The proposals cover 72 grants and one appropriation, while the total gross additional expenditure being sought amounts to Rs 1.32 lakh crore.
