New Delhi, March 26 -- The Lok Sabha on Wednesday took up the Tribhuvan Sahkari University Bill 2025, seeking to establish the Institute of Rural Management Anand as a University, to be known as the Tribhuvan Sahkari University, and to declare it as an institution of national importance.
Union Home and Cooperation Minister, Amit Shah introduced the "Tribhuvan" Sahkari University Bill, 2025, in the Lok Sabha.
This first national cooperative university will play a key role in strengthening the cooperative-based economic model and establishing a strong institutional and educational framework.
