Chennai, Nov. 6 -- The Rs 1,200 crore revenue diversified Lohia group is looking at hospitality, commercial and other verticals, said a senior official.
The group's real estate arm Lohia Developers India Private Ltd is now promoting a gated community of 175 residential villas in Moradabad targeting the upper middle class.
"An industrial city like Moradabad can have a five star hotel. We would like to bring a five star hotel to Moradabad," Piyush Lohia, Director told UNI.
