New Delhi, Dec. 14 -- A matter related to an alleged illegal construction has been flagged by a local resident in one of the posh localities in the Civil Lines area of the national capital. The matter pertains to Sri Ram Road, Civil Lines.
As per the individual, the Bye- laws have been overlooked in the building sanction plans. He added that as per the law, the existing residential plots are not permitted to be sub-divided in the area.
The complaint with the municipal corporation in this regard was filed earlier this year in the month of May, where the complainant had asked for civic body's intervention in the matter.
