Beed, Dec. 15 -- Panic has spread in parts of Beed district after a suspected leopard killed livestock in multiple incidents over the past few days, prompting the Forest Department to step up monitoring and issue safety advisories to residents.
According to officials, a leopard-like wild animal has been attacking livestock in the Phulsangvi area, where a horse and a sheep were reportedly killed in a recent incident. Following the attack, fear has gripped nearby villages including Phulsangvi, Markerwadi, Shirapur Gat, Hajipur-Gazipur, and Taradgavhan.
