Hyderabad, Feb. 27 -- Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) Working President K T Rama Rao (KTR) on Friday said that the liquor scam cases were politically motivated and asserted that truth and justice would ultimately prevail.
In a post on social media platform X, reacting to the court verdict in the liquor scam case, KTR said the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) government led by Arvind Kejriwal was toppled on the pretext of the liquor policy case and that the BRS too suffered political losses in the Assembly and Parliamentary elections due to the same issue.
Stating that "Kavitha ji got justice in court today," KTR said that in the same manner, every case registered against BRS leaders would soon be exposed as false, fabricated and politically motivated....
