Los Angeles, Sept. 9 -- Lionsgate is moving forward with a sequel to its 2015 supernatural action film "The Last Witch Hunter", with Vin Diesel reprising his role as Kaulder, the immortal Witch Hunter, and Michael Caine is also slated to return as Dolan, though formal agreements remain under negotiation.
The project is being co-developed with Diesel's production company, One Race Films, with all parties aiming for an expedited path to production, reports DEADLINE.
