Ch. Sambhajinagar, Sept. 20 -- The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has forecast light to moderate rainfall across all eight districts of the Marathwada region starting from September 20.
This comes as monsoon conditions continue to weaken, signalling a transition towards post-monsoon weather patterns.
The region, which recently experienced heavy rainfall and flooding, is expected to see a significant reduction in precipitation intensity.
According to the official forecast issued on September 19, all districts will experience light to moderate rain or thundershowers with gusty winds reaching speeds of 30-40 kilometres per hour at isolated places.
