Shimla, Dec. 22 -- Higher reaches of Chamba and Lahaul-Spiti districts experienced light snowfall during the past 24 hours, while the rest of Himachal Pradesh remained dry and sunny.

Intermittent snowfall was reported only from isolated high-altitude areas, including Shinkula Pass. Most parts of the state witnessed clear weather, and both day and night temperatures continued to remain a few degrees above normal.

According to the India Meteorological Department (IMD), very light precipitation was confined to the high hills. No widespread rain or snowfall was recorded. The prolonged dry spell continued across the state, and the weather remained stable in mid and lower hill regions.
