Shimla, Feb. 27 -- Light rain was recorded in isolated places of Himachal Pradesh on Friday, while it was mainly dry in the rest of the state with day and night temperatures staying two to nine degrees above normal.
According to India Meteorological Department, Jot in Chamba had 2.2 mm rian and abode of Tibetan Spiritual leader Dalai Lama Dharmshala 1.2 mm. Thunderstrom and lightening also occured at Jot. Maixmum temperature at Una along Himachal Pradesh and Punjab borader continue to hover around 29 degrees for the last few days.
