Lucknow, Oct. 4 -- Anandiben Patel, the Chairperson of the Rampur Raza Library and Museum, Rampur, today virtually inaugurated the second Rampur Raza Library Festival from Raj Bhavan in Lucknow.

The festival was organised to commemorate the library's 251st founding anniversary.

Speaking on the occasion, the Governor said that the rare texts, manuscripts, and works of art preserved at the Rampur Raza Library were not just treasures of knowledge but also symbols of identity.

"Heritages are not just memories, but inspiration. They remind us that the tree of progress can never flourish without being connected to the roots of civilisation," she stated.
