Beijing/Hanoi, June 24 -- Chinese Premier Li Qiang on Tuesday met with Vietnamese Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, who is in north China's Tianjin Municipality for the 2025 Summer Davos.
Noting that this year marks the 75th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Vietnam, Li said the deep friendship of "comrades and brothers" has remained firm and fresh over time.
Since the visit of Chinese President Xi Jinping, who is also the General Secretary of the Communist Party of China Central Committee, to Vietnam in April, the comprehensive strategic cooperation between China and Vietnam has received significant boost.
