Jammu, Sept. 28 -- Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha today highlighted the significance of festivals in terms of fostering creativity, promoting the sense of selfless service and imbibing cultural pride.
Addressing the gathering at Shri Mata Vaishno Devi's Sewa Parv held at Katra, LG Sinha said the Sewa Parv aims to bring together communities, institutions, and individuals in a collective movement of service for nation building.
