Tokyo/New Delhi, Aug. 30 -- Prime Minister Narendra Modi today hearkened back to the time when he was chief minister of Gujarat and had visited Japan and closely seen the potential and possibilities of the prefectures, during his address to the Governors of 16 Japanese prefectures in Tokyo today.
On the second day of his Japan visit, PM Modi also brought out the close links between India and Japan, through historical references, including that of the Buddhism connect and Bengal's Radhabinod Pal who put 'justice' above 'strategy' in the 'Tokyo Trials' and is highly venerated in Japan.
