Los Angeles, Jan. 15 -- Hollywood star Leonardo DiCaprio reflected on the enduring magic of movie theatres, describing cinema as "our most definitive art form," while accepting the Best Actor Award at the National Board of Review gala.

Speaking at the National Board of Review gala, where he received the Best Actor Award for 'One Battle After Another', DiCaprio fondly recalled his childhood trips to the historic Vista cinema with his father to watch the original King Kong.

"As I kept on watching, something shifted in me," DiCaprio said, as quoted by Deadline on Tuesday.
