Los Angeles, Sept. 19 -- Martin Scorsese has enlisted Leonardo DiCaprio and Jennifer Lawrence to headline his next cinematic venture, "What Happens at Night" a spectral adaptation of the acclaimed novel that synchronises ghostly atmospherics with human fragility.
The narrative follows a married couple who travel to Europe in pursuit of adoption, only to find themselves ensnared within the labyrinthine corridors of a once-grand, now-fading hotel. Patrick Marber penned the screenplay.
Apple Original Films is in talks to finance and produce the movie with Studiocanal, reports The Hollywood Reporter.
